Hawaiian Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c crushed vanilla wafers
- 23 c melted butter
- 3 or 4 sliced bananas
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 14 c lemon juice
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 large can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- pecans
- coconut
- maraschino cherries chopped
Directions
- Mix wafers and butter and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan Arrange sliced bananas over crust
- Beat together milk and lemon juice until thick
- Add sour cream
- Pour over bananas
- Mix together pineapple and Cool Whip and spread over sour cream mixture
- Sprinkle with pecans coconut and cherries
- Refrigerate 24 hours
