Hawaiian Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 can pineapple chunks and juice
  • 14 c Heinz ketchup
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 1 green pepper chunks
  • cornstarch

Directions

  1. In large skillet quickly brown chops in oil drain fat Combine pineapple chunks and juice with ketchup
  2. Add onion salt and pepper and pour over chops
  3. Cover
  4. Simmer 10 minutes
  5. Turn chops
  6. Add green pepper cut into chunks
  7. Cover cook another 15 minutes
  8. Thicken sauce with cornstarch and water
