Hawaiian Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 can pineapple chunks and juice
- 14 c Heinz ketchup
- 1 small onion sliced
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 green pepper chunks
- cornstarch
Directions
- In large skillet quickly brown chops in oil drain fat Combine pineapple chunks and juice with ketchup
- Add onion salt and pepper and pour over chops
- Cover
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Turn chops
- Add green pepper cut into chunks
- Cover cook another 15 minutes
- Thicken sauce with cornstarch and water
