Hawaiian Roast Bacon

Ingredients
- 2 lb Canadian style bacon
- 1 1 lb 4 12 oz can crushed pineapple
- 14 c honey
- 1 tsp ginger
- 14 c water
Directions
- If necessary remove casing from bacon
- Place bacon fat side up in ungreased baking dish
- Stir together pineapple with syrup honey ginger and water
- Pour over bacon
- Roast uncovered for 1 to 1 12 hours
- Baste occasionally
