Hawaiian Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can Fri Chik
  • 1 lb rice
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 oz carrots sliced
  • 4 oz onions diced
  • 20 oz pineapple bits
  • 34 c pineapple juice
  • 14 c soy sauce
  • 2 pinches garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 14 c brown sugar
  • 14 c lemon juice
  • 12 c water chestnuts sliced
  • 4 oz snow peas

Directions

  1. Add Fri Chik pineapple and garlic powder into sauteed carrot and onions
  2. Mix pineapple juice soy sauce cornstarch lemon juice and brown sugar
  3. Stir into hot mixture
  4. Cook until thickened
  5. Add water chestnuts and snow peas
  6. Serve onto rice
