Hawaiian Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can Fri Chik
- 1 lb rice
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 oz carrots sliced
- 4 oz onions diced
- 20 oz pineapple bits
- 34 c pineapple juice
- 14 c soy sauce
- 2 pinches garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 14 c brown sugar
- 14 c lemon juice
- 12 c water chestnuts sliced
- 4 oz snow peas
Directions
- Add Fri Chik pineapple and garlic powder into sauteed carrot and onions
- Mix pineapple juice soy sauce cornstarch lemon juice and brown sugar
- Stir into hot mixture
- Cook until thickened
- Add water chestnuts and snow peas
- Serve onto rice
