Hawaiian Sweet-Sour Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 12 to 2 lb ribs
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 can chunk pineapple drained

Directions

  1. Fry ribs until brown and add soy sauce sugar vinegar and pineapple juice
  2. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes on low heat Add pineapple chunks and continue to cook on low heat for another 30 minutes or until meat is tender
  3. If desired thicken juice with cornstarch and serve
