Hawaiian Sweet-Sour Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 12 to 2 lb ribs
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 to 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 4 Tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 can chunk pineapple drained
Directions
- Fry ribs until brown and add soy sauce sugar vinegar and pineapple juice
- Cover and simmer about 30 minutes on low heat Add pineapple chunks and continue to cook on low heat for another 30 minutes or until meat is tender
- If desired thicken juice with cornstarch and serve
