Haystack Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 12 oz pkg butterscotch or chocolate morsels
• 12 c peanut butter
• 2 cans shoestring potatoes
• 1 c pecans chopped or parched peanuts

Directions

1. Melt peanut butter and morsels and fold in potatoes and pecans
2. Spoon out on wax paper
