Haystacks
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz pkg butterscotch morsels
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1 3 oz can chow mein Chinese noodles 2 c
- 1 can small salted peanuts
Directions
- In top of double boiler over hot not boiling water melt butterscotch morsels
- Stir in salad oil
- In a large bowl mix chow mein noodles and peanuts
- Pour on butterscotch and mix thoroughly with a fork
- Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper on greased cookie sheet
