Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lb can pumpkin
  • 34 c vegetable oil
  • 12 c water
  • 2 12 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 14 c sugar
  • 1 12 tsp baking soda
  • 1 14 tsp salt
  • 34 tsp nutmeg
  • 34 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c yellow raisins
  • 12 c chopped walnuts
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vanilla
  • 12 box confectioners sugar
