HazelS Pumpkin Nut Cake

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb can pumpkin
- 34 c vegetable oil
- 12 c water
- 2 12 c all-purpose flour
- 2 14 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 14 tsp salt
- 34 tsp nutmeg
- 34 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c yellow raisins
- 12 c chopped walnuts
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vanilla
- 12 box confectioners sugar
Directions
- Sprinkle top with chopped walnuts
