Healthful Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp baking soda
  • salt optional
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 c ripe bananas mashed

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together add bananas oil and honey and mix thoroughly
  2. Bake in loaf pan for 45 to 50 minutes at 350
