Ingredients

  • 23 c quick-cooking oats
  • 12 c honey crunch wheat germ
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 12 pkg artificial sweetener
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 12 c unsweetened cocoa
  • 14 c white or whole wheat flour
  • 14 tsp baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 2 beaten eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine first six ingredients
  3. In medium bowl combine next four ingredients
  4. Combine the two mixtures
  5. Spray pan with non-stick spray
  6. Spread batter in pan Bake 25 minutes
  7. Cool and cut into 16 bars
