Healthful Brownies
Ingredients
- 23 c quick-cooking oats
- 12 c honey crunch wheat germ
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 pkg artificial sweetener
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 12 c unsweetened cocoa
- 14 c white or whole wheat flour
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 2 beaten eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine first six ingredients
- In medium bowl combine next four ingredients
- Combine the two mixtures
- Spray pan with non-stick spray
- Spread batter in pan Bake 25 minutes
- Cool and cut into 16 bars
