Healthier CornbreadDiabetic

Ingredients
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 3 to 4 packets Sugar Twin Plus
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 c yellow cornmeal
- 1 c skim milk
- 12 c low cholesterol egg substitute or 1 egg and 2 whites
- 14 c nonstick vegetable spray
Directions
- Mix flour sweetener baking powder and cornmeal together Combine eggs milk and oil add to flour mixture and stir until just moistened
- Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
- Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes
