Ingredients

  • 1 c whole wheat flour
  • 3 to 4 packets Sugar Twin Plus
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c skim milk
  • 12 c low cholesterol egg substitute or 1 egg and 2 whites
  • 14 c nonstick vegetable spray

Directions

  1. Mix flour sweetener baking powder and cornmeal together Combine eggs milk and oil add to flour mixture and stir until just moistened
  2. Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes
