Healthy Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp basil
  • 1 32 oz jar Healthy Choice Italian sauce
  • 6 lasagne noodles
  • 1 16 oz container low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 egg whites
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 8 oz container low moisture part skim milk Mozzarella cheese grated

Directions

  1. In saucepan cook turkey
  2. Add garlic powder oregano and basil
  3. When cooked add Italian sauce
  4. In bowl mix the cottage cheese egg whites pepper and parsley flakes
  5. Layer 3 noodles uncooked in bottom of 13 x 9-inch dish then the meat sauce cottage cheese mixture and evenly sprinkle Mozzarella
  6. Repeat Bake at 375 for about 35 to 40 minutes
  7. Add some water 14 to 12 cup during baking if too dry
  8. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes Serve
