Healthy Oven-Fry Chicken Tenders Or Breast
Ingredients
- 1 pkg chicken breasts or tenders boneless
- bread crumbs seasoned
- margarine
Directions
- Coat chicken lightly with melted margarine and dredge in seasoned dry bread crumbs
- Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan
- Oven fry at 425 for 5 to 9 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through
- For crisper chicken coat pan with 1 tablespoon melted margarine or vegetable oil and preheat oven for 5 minutes before adding chicken
