Healthy Oven-Fry Chicken Tenders Or Breast

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chicken breasts or tenders boneless
  • bread crumbs seasoned
  • margarine

Directions

  1. Coat chicken lightly with melted margarine and dredge in seasoned dry bread crumbs
  2. Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan
  3. Oven fry at 425 for 5 to 9 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through
  4. For crisper chicken coat pan with 1 tablespoon melted margarine or vegetable oil and preheat oven for 5 minutes before adding chicken
