Heart-Smart Wacky Cake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c all-purpose flour
- 34 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 14 c cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp corn oil
- 1 c water
Directions
- In ungreased 8-inch cake pan mix together flour sugar soda and cocoa
- Make 3 wells in flour mixture
- Put vinegar in one vanilla in one and corn oil in 3rd
- Pour water over all and mix with fork until entirely moist
- Bake in 350 oven for 20 to 30 minutes until just done
- Ice as desired
