Heart Of The Nation Bread

Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 1 c shortening
- 1 c boiling water
- 2 pkg yeast dissolved in 1 c lukewarm water
- 2 eggs beaten lightly
- 6 c flour sifted
- 1 tsp salt sifted with flour
Directions
- Cream together sugar and shortening
- Add water
- Cool
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cover and place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight
- Shape into rolls and let rise 2 hours
- Bake at 325 about 20 minutes or until lightly browned This dough may be stored in refrigerator for several days
