Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c 10 34 oz condensed chicken broth
- 1 13 c water divided
- 4 med carrots thinly sliced about 1 12 c
- 3 med red potatoes scrubbed and diced about 1 12 c
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 c quartered med mushrooms
- 1 med onion coarsely chopped
- 1 c frozen peas
- 13 c all-purpose flour
- 1 refrigerated unbaked pie crust for 9-inch pie
- 2 12 c chopped cooked chicken
Directions
- Combine broth 1 c water carrots and potatoes in a medium saucepan
- Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer over low heat 10 minutes
