Hearty Hodgepodge

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 34 c chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 3 cans minestrone soup
• 1 31 oz can beans and pork in tomato sauce
• 1 12 c chopped celery
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 tsp dried oregano

Directions

1. In large saucepan cook beef onion and garlic until beef is browned and onion is tender
2. Stir in minestone soup beans and pork 3 12 cups of water the celery Worcestershire sauce and oregano
3. Simmer covered for 15 to 20 minutes
4. Makes 12 to 14 servings
