Hearty Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb sour cream
- 1 stick oleo melted
- 1 c diced onions optional
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c crushed potato chips optional
- 8 oz grated or shredded cheese
Directions
- Mix ingredients together in a large bowl by hand
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake 1 hour at 325
