Hearty Tuna Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 6 12 oz cans tuna
- 6 oz uncooked egg noodles
- 12 c chopped celery
- 13 c chopped onion
- 12 c sour cream
- 2 tsp mustard
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 12 tsp thyme leaves
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 c Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 medium tomato chopped
Directions
- Drain tuna
- Cook noodles according to directions
- Drain and rinse in hot water
- Combine noodles with tuna celery and onions Blend in sour cream mustard mayonnaise thyme and salt
- Spoon half mixture into buttered casserole
- Top with half zucchini Repeat layers
- Top with cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Sprinkle with chopped tomato
