Hearty Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 6 12 oz cans tuna
• 6 oz uncooked egg noodles
• 12 c chopped celery
• 13 c chopped onion
• 12 c sour cream
• 2 tsp mustard
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 12 tsp thyme leaves
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 zucchini sliced
• 1 c Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 medium tomato chopped

Directions

1. Drain tuna
2. Cook noodles according to directions
3. Drain and rinse in hot water
4. Combine noodles with tuna celery and onions Blend in sour cream mustard mayonnaise thyme and salt
5. Spoon half mixture into buttered casserole
6. Top with half zucchini Repeat layers
7. Top with cheese
8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Sprinkle with chopped tomato
