Hearty Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 4 stalks chopped celery
- 4 Tbsp barley
- 4 Tbsp lentils
- 4 Tbsp split peas
- 1 Tbsp oleo
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- 6 medium carrots
- 3 qt water
Directions
- Add water dried and fresh vegetables in a 3 or 4-quart pot and add tomato sauce bouillon cubes and oleo
- Bring to a boil then let simmer stirring occasionally for about 2 12 hours until vegetables are tender
- Simmer very slowly
- Can also add cooked hamburg or beef or any leftover vegetables
