Heavenly Biscuits
Ingredients
- 23 c warm milk 115
- 1 pkg RapidRise yeast
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 14 c Bisquick
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients
- Let set until completely dissolved stirring occasionally
- Add to Bisquick
- Stir vigorously 2 minutes
- Pour onto a floured sheet of wax or plastic wrap
- Knead until smooth
- Cover with mixing bowl and let rest 10 to 15 minutes
- Press down and cut out biscuits with a 2-inch biscuit cutter
- Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for at least 30 minutes
- If using a glass baking dish bake for 18 minutes at 425
- Yields 15 biscuits
- Brush with butter after baked
