Heavenly Biscuits

Ingredients

• 23 c warm milk 115
• 1 pkg RapidRise yeast
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 2 14 c Bisquick

Directions

1. Mix first 3 ingredients
2. Let set until completely dissolved stirring occasionally
3. Add to Bisquick
4. Stir vigorously 2 minutes
5. Pour onto a floured sheet of wax or plastic wrap
6. Knead until smooth
7. Cover with mixing bowl and let rest 10 to 15 minutes
8. Press down and cut out biscuits with a 2-inch biscuit cutter
9. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for at least 30 minutes
10. If using a glass baking dish bake for 18 minutes at 425
11. Yields 15 biscuits
12. Brush with butter after baked
