Heavenly Chocolate Berry Pie
Ingredients
- 12 c plus 2 Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 14 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 c whipping cream whipped
- 1 pt fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp shortening
- baked pie shell or graham cracker crust shell
Directions
- Place 12 cup chocolate morsels in double boiler bring water to boil
- Reduce to low and cook until morsels melt
- Set aside
