Heavenly Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c self-rising flour
  • 1 12 c chopped pecans
  • 12 c butter melted
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 6 oz pkg frozen coconut
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 c whipped cream
  • 14 c sugar
  • 1 large vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c milk

Directions

  1. In small bowl mix flour melted butter and 1 cup chopped pecans Press into a 2-quart dish or 10-inch pie pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes Cool Place 12 cup chopped nuts in shallow pan and bake in oven with pastry until slightly browned
