Heavenly Hamburger

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground lean meat
• 1 can tomato paste
• 1 small pkg cream cheese
• 1 small pkg sour cream
• 1 c chopped green onion
• 14 c chopped bell pepper
• 1 small can mushrooms
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 c Mozzarella cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
• 12 pkg or more bow tie pasta
• 12 tsp oregano
• dash of Italian seasoning
• 12 c water if needed

Directions

1. Meat Mixture
2. Brown ground meat well and drain grease
3. Add tomato paste salt pepper and all seasonings
4. Add the water when needed
5. Simmer a few minutes
6. Add mushrooms and liquid
