Heavenly Lemon Dessert
Ingredients
- 1-12 cubes margarine
- 1-12 c flour
- 23 c chopped walnuts plus more for topping
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 10-12 oz container of Cool Whip
- 2 3-oz pkgs instant lemon pudding
- 3 c milk
Directions
- Mix flour and margarine like pie crust add nuts and press into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes cool
- Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar fold in 1 c Cool Whip then spread over crust
- Mix the pudding mix using only 3 c milk and beat until stiff spread over the cream cheese mixture
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped walnuts
- Chill well before serving
