HeidiS Apple Barrel Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks softened oleo
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 c or more sliced apples
  • 23 c sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large box French Vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 container Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Mix oleo flour and sugar together Pat into 9 x 13 pan Mix together apples with sugar and cinnamon Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 45 minutes Prepare French Vanilla instant pudding While the apples are still hot pour pudding over apples Cool and refrigerate overnight before serving Top with cool whip
