HeidiS Favorite Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 14 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 c margarine softened
• 34 c granulated sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 34 c packed light brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1 34 c 10 oz pkg English toffee bits

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Stir together flour baking soda and salt in a large mixer bowl Beat butter granulated sugar brown sugar and vanilla until well blended
3. Add eggs blend thoroughly Gradually add flour mixture beating well Stir in toffee bits Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned Cool slightly Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack Cool completely
4. Makes about 4 dozen cookies
