HelenS Rum Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box vanilla pudding instant
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 12 c rum
- 12 c oil
- 12 c water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 14 c sugar
- 14 c rum optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Butter Bundt type cake pan
- Coat with pecans
- Beat pudding cake mix rum oil water and eggs together just until smooth
- Pour into pan and bake 1 hour
- Cool cake Poke holes in cake
- Heat butter sugar and rum until sugar is dissolved
- Dribble over cake
- Let set several hours or overnight
- Remove from pan
- Yumm
