HelenS Tea Cakes

Ingredients

• 2 sticks oleo or butter Helen uses butter
• 1 c oil Helen uses Crisco
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 4 12 c plain flour Helen uses all-purpose
• 1 c confectioners sugar
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions

1. Beat butter and sugar then add eggs then oil and vanilla Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture
2. Drop by teaspoons and bake at 325 for about 15 minutes
