HelenS Tea Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo or butter Helen uses butter
- 1 c oil Helen uses Crisco
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 12 c plain flour Helen uses all-purpose
- 1 c confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
Directions
- Beat butter and sugar then add eggs then oil and vanilla Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture
- Drop by teaspoons and bake at 325 for about 15 minutes
