HeloiseS Fudge
Ingredients
- 4 12 c sugar
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 3 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 1 10 oz pkg miniature marshmallows
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- Mix sugar and milk in a large heavy saucepan
- Slowly bring to rolling boil and boil for 8 minutes
- Then move the saucepan off the heat and add the butter chocolate chips and marshmallows Mix only until the chips and the marshmallows are melted
- Add the vanilla and nuts and blend
- Spread the mixture in a large ungreased pan and let it cool
