Herb Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 small chicken breasts
- 8 small potatoes cut in chunks
- 4 carrots cut in big chunks
- 2 small onions cut in chunks
- 2 Tbsp thyme
- 3 Tbsp rosemary
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In roaster pan bake breast 15 minutes
- Cover chicken with thyme rosemary garlic salt and pepper
- Add potatoes carrots and onions
- Cover with water
- Bake at 350 until vegetables are cooked
