Herb Scalloped Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 c canned tomatoes cut up
- 2 12 c herb stuffing mix divided
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp leaf oregano crumbled
- 14 tsp leaf rosemary crumbled
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 14 c butter
Directions
- In a buttered 2-quart casserole mix together tomatoes and 2 cups of stuffing mix
- Stir in onion sugar and seasonings
- Dot butter sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
- Yields 8 servings
