Herbed Halibut
Ingredients
- 14 c bread crumbs
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 14 c minced green onions
- 14 c parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- 12 tsp cloves
- 6 Tbsp melted margarine
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 4 halibut steaks
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 c white wine
Directions
- Mix bread crumbs Parmesan cheese green onions parsley basil and cloves in a bowl
- Stir in melted margarine
- Brush four 12-inch foil squares lightly with oil
- Place 1 fish steak on each square
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper Top with crumbs
- Spoon wine around each steak
- Seal foil securely
- Place packets on baking sheet
- Bake at 450 for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily
- Makes 4 servings
