Herbed Radishes

Ingredients

  • 2 large bunches or 2 6 oz pkg radishes
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 14 tsp thyme
  • 14 tsp basil

Directions

  1. In a medium size saucepan place radishes in a single layer Add just enough water to cover
  2. Boil gently uncovered 10 to 12 minutes or until tender drain well
  3. Add margarine thyme and basil
  4. Toss to coat
  5. Serves 4
