Herbed Sliced Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 4 Tbsp chopped herbs sage thyme rosemary etc
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 4 Tbsp grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Peel potatoes if skin is tough otherwise scrub and rinse them
- Cut into thin slices most of the way through
- Use a handle of a wooden spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way
- Put potatoes in a baking dish and fan them slightly
- Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter
- Sprinkle with herbs
