Herbed Yogurt Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 containers 8 oz each fat-free plain yogurt
- 14 c chopped fresh or 1 Tbsp dried dill weed
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
Directions
- Line 6-inch strainer with coffee filter or double thickness of cheesecloth
- Place strainer over bowl
