Herman Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 23 c oil
• 2 tsp soda
• 2 c flour
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c nuts
• 4 Tbsp butter or oleo
• 23 c sugar
• 2 c Herman
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 12 c raisins
• 1 c brown sugar

Directions

1. Beat eggs sugar and oil with mixer
2. Stir Herman soda salt flour baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon raisins and 12 cup nuts or walnut flavoring together with a spoon
3. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or two loaf pans
