Ingredients
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 12 c shortening
- 14 c cold coffee
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 1 34 c flour
- 1 14 c raisins
- 34 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Mix brown sugar shortening coffee egg soda salt and spices
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake about ten minutes
