Hershey Kiss Cookies
Ingredients
- 34 c butter flavor Crisco
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 12 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 12 c water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c oatmeal
- 1 12 c flour
- 12 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Beat first 3 ingredients until creamy
- Beating water egg and vanilla
- Add dry ingredients and mix well
- Cover and chill for about 2 hours
- Heat oven to 350
- Shape into 1-inch balls
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake 8 - 9 minutes
- Place Hershey kiss in center of cookie while still warm
