HersheyS Best Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 c butter or margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 34 c Hersheys cocoa
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 c chopped nuts optional
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan
- In medium microwave-safe bowl place butter
- Microwave at High 100 for 2 to 2 12 minutes or until melted
- Stir in sugar and vanilla
- Add eggs one at a time beating well with wooden spoon after each addition
- Add cocoa beat until well blended
- Add flour baking powder and salt beat well
- Stir in nuts if desired
- Pour batter into prepared pan
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan
- Cool cut into bars
- Makes about 36 brownies
