HersheyS Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine softened
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 12 c packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 13 c Hersheys cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 12 oz bag Hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1 10 oz bag Reeses peanut butter chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- In a large mixer bowl beat butter granulated sugar and brown sugar until well blended
- Add eggs and vanilla beat well
- Stir together flour cocoa baking soda and salt
- Gradually add to butter mixture beating until well blended
- Stir in chips
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set
- Cool slightly remove from cookie sheet to wire rack
- Makes about 4 dozen cookies
