1 1 oz pkg Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing mix
2 green onions minced
4 12-inch flour tortillas
1 4 oz jar diced pimento
1 4 oz can diced green chiles
1 22 oz can sliced black olives
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients Spread on tortillas Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towel Sprinkle equal amounts of remaining ingredients on top of cream cheese Roll tortillas tightly Chill for at least 2 hours then cut the rolls into 1-inch pieces Discard ends Serve with spirals facing up Makes 3 dozen
