Hobo Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 4 or 5 carrots
Directions
- Season ground beef
- Make 4 patties
- Put a patty on square piece of aluminum foil
- Arrange slices of potatoes onions and carrots on each patty
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper to taste and seal in foil
- Place foil packets in a baking pan and bake at 400 for 1 hour
