HoboS Hamburger
Ingredients
- 2 lb hamburger seasoned with salt and pepper etc as desired
- Idaho potato strips cut as for French fries
- sliced carrots
- ring of bell pepper
- 1 slice onion
- generous pat of butter
Directions
- Make 6 large hamburger patties oval in shape
- Place each patty on a large square of aluminum foil
- Add a layer of potato strips
- Season
- On top of this place a layer of sliced carrots Season
- Add a ring of bell pepper and 1 slice of onion
- Season and top with a generous pat of butter
- Fold foil up and seal tightly making 6 separate servings
- Bake for 1 hour at 275 or 300
- Serve with garlic bread and green salad
