Hole-The-Middle-Cake
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 23 tsp soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 c sour milk
- 6 Tbsp melted shortening
- 1 egg
Directions
- Sift all dry ingredients together Make a hole in the middle and drop the egg milk and shortening in Beat for 5 minutes Bake at 350 in greased and floured 9 x 9 pan until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
