Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 8 12 oz crushed pineapple drained
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 14 c chopped green pepper
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 1 Tbsp seasoned salt

Directions

1. Soften cream cheese gradually add pineapple green pepper onion and seasoned salt
2. Mix well
3. Roll into ball and roll ball in chopped pecans
4. Chill
5. Serve with your favorite crackers Will keep a week if kept refrigerated
