Holiday Coconut Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pkg vanilla wafers crushed 3 13 c
  • 1 c finely chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 13 c sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 c rum
  • 13 c powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine crushed cookies nuts and coconut Add sweetened condensed milk and rum mix well
  2. Chill 4 hours Dip palms of hands in powdered sugar and shape batter into 1-inch balls
  3. Roll in powdered sugar cover and store in fridge
  4. If desired reroll in powdered sugar before serving
  5. May be made ahead and stored in fridge for several weeks
