Holiday Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 12 c whole almonds 6 oz
- 2 c walnuts 8 oz
- 2 c pecans 8 oz
- 1 c sugar
- 14 c butter
- 2 egg whites
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Toast nuts at 325 for 15 minutes
- Beat egg whites until stiff
- Fold in sugar and salt
- Slowly fold nuts into mixture and mix until coated
