Holiday Salad

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
- 12 c sugar
- 1 small pkg strawberry jello
- 1 small carton cottage cheese small curd
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
Directions
- Bring pineapple and sugar to a good boil
- Remove from heat and add jello stirring until dissolved
- Cool in refrigerator 45 minutes
- Fold in cottage cheese and Cool Whip
- Refrigerate
