Holiday Squash

Ingredients
- 2 c yellow squash fresh or frozen
- 1 can chicken soup undiluted
- 1 c sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 pkg herb seasoned crumbs
- butter
- 1 carrot grated
Directions
- Mash squash
- Add onion soup sour cream carrot salt and pepper
- Butter casserole sprinkle layer of crumbs in bottom Add squash mixture
- Cover with crumbs and generous dots of butter on top
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
